We want you to be completely satisfied with your Modkat purchase; if your selection isn't the perfect fit, we offer easy returns and exchanges within 30 days of delivery. Items must be in their original, unworn condition with all designer tags attached to qualify for a full refund.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Print Your Label
Once approved, download and print your prepaid shipping label and include the original packing slip inside your parcel.
Pack and Ship
Securely package your items in their original Modkat packaging and drop off the box at any authorized carrier location.
Receive Your Refund
After our warehouse team inspects your return, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
